To Our Patients

We know this has been a strange and difficult time for everyone. We want you to know that we are still here for you. We will be starting to open soon for some patients, and want you to be aware of some changes you may notice during your next appointment. Please be patient as we reschedule appointments in accordance with the state mandates. If you have any questions, please let us know.

  • PPE: The good news is, we already wear PPE everyday for every procedure - we’re used to this! However, we have made additions to our PPE standards to be in compliance with CDC recommendations. Don’t worry, it’s still us under the masks and face shields.
  •
  • Sanitizing: Every treatment room is being totally sanitized between each patient per recommended protocols.
  •
  • Check in from your car: We ask that you check in by phone from your car when you arrive, and remain in your car until we are ready to see you. (508) 430-0505.
  •
  • No friends or family: We ask that you don’t bring anyone extra to your appointment in order to minimize people in our reception area, with the exception of those patients that need a caregiver, as well as children.
  •
  • Facemask: Please wear a face mask to your appointment and keep it on until your appointment begins. Please don’t wear gloves, you’ll be provided hand sanitizer upon your arrival.
  •
  • Temperature reading: Your temperature will be read with a forehead thermometer upon your arrival.
  •
  • Bring a sweater: The additional PPE makes us warm while working, so our office will be kept cooler than usual.
  •
  • Mouthrinse: Patient will be asked to swish an antiseptic mouthrinse prior to treatment.
  •
  • New information: If you have an update to your address, phone number or insurance information, let us know prior to your appointment. You can call us at 508-430-0505 or email us at frontdesk@weilerdental.com
  •
  • Our schedule is changing: We have a considerable backlog of patients who did not get their 6-month cleaning and had their dental visits cancelled during the last two months. In order to try to get everyone back on the books, we will be extending our hours and our days. But please be patient as we try to reschedule these appointments.

We missed you and can’t wait to take care of you again.

Please check this page for updates as we start the process of reopening.
